Very nice restaurant-pizzeria in Val d'Intelvi equipped for fish-based lunches and dinners. The dishes were excellent both in quality and presentation. I would recommend trying the crusted fish soup, the pirate's seafood appetizer, the tuna tartare with burrata and pistachio, the mixed grilled fish and the mixed fried fish....all fantastic dishes.The service is also excellent.Fair prices.Must try!

I had an unforgettable dining experience at Il Pirata Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious with an authentic Italian atmosphere. The view was stunning, adding to the overall charm of the place. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a genuine Italian dining experience!

I love the pizza's here! Very good price and very nice food. I specifically like the pizza with spicy thin sausage (Diavola). The menu is in Italian, but whatever pizza you choose it's a good choice!

Place with lovely view, seats both outside and inside. We ate an excellent pizza, thin and well cooked. The ingredients are top quality and the staff are friendly. Fast and error-free service, the price is excellent. Perfect for spending a pleasant evening with friends.

Great food. Family owned business. They are busy because they offer good quality well priced food. Owner even gave me a lift because it was raining. That is what I call great service.

A friend recommended I eat at Ristorante il Pirata and I was impressed by the quality of the food and outstanding service. The owner and head chef Adam made me Risotto with locally sourced Porcini mushrooms and sausage. The dish was rendered perfectly, absolutely delicious!!! I highly recommend Ristorante Il Pirata. The fresh made table bread is something special!! If you are looking for a great meal for a good price, good people with a view of the mountains- this is the place.

Exceptional. I haven't binged like this in a long time. I chose the fish starter, unfortunately I didn't photograph it because it disappeared with the speed of light. Really good, but the mussels were a pleasure. As a second course, sea bass fillet with almonds and French fries. I can't describe this dish, but I can say that so far it is the best sea bass I have ever eaten.
